Refund Policy:
Femina does not offer a “cash refund”.
However, there are specific cases where a refund is allowed.
Refund may only be issued on bank transfer order(s) when the customer cancels the order, before Femina starts processing the shipment.
OR
If an article is found to be defective during quality control and being the only piece available, gets removed from the order.
A refund will approximately take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
