Orders:
1. How can I be sure that I've made my purchase?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You may also receive a call from our representative for confirmation. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.
2. Can I know what the status of my order is?
Yes. You will receive email updates along with a tracking code. If you have created an account during checkout you can also go to “Orders" section in "My Account" and there you will be able to see the current status of your order. Click on "View" to get the real-time tracking code.
3. What if the product I want is out of stock?
If a product runs out, it will either not be visible on the website or it will be marked as “Out of Stock”. An order may only be placed once the product shows as “In stock” on the website.
Shipping & Returns:

FLAT Shipping 249 PKR + FBR POS Fee 1 PKR will be charged on order all over Pakistan.

1. What are the conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD) payment?
You can pay through Cash on Delivery (COD) for transactions up to Rs. 25,000/. Please note that for Paid orders more than Rs 50,000/, we will be needing your CNIC No. as per the policy of Government of Pakistan.
